The Role:
Delight our customers by planning and delivering digital and direct campaigns, on time, accurately, in budget, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end processes to build and execute email marketing campaigns on time and with operational excellence
Grow year on year attributable sales and traffic to store and website to and above targets
Work with the Content and Production team to ensure all campaigns are planned and delivered, accurately, to appropriate timelines and within budget.
Work with the Customer Data and Analytics Manager to generate appropriate data selections
Maintain activity plans and planning docs
Ensure all campaigns are measured and generate timely post campaign reports
Work with Ecommerce, Retail and Customer services teams to ensure campaigns are multichannel and consistent at each touch point.
Ensure all teams are well communicated with and engaged in all campaigns, in sufficient time to ensure a great customer experience
Continually seek to improve efficiency, reduce waste and cost by improving your ways of working
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Numerical and analytical with experience building campaigns across DM, email, social media and used to managing customer data selections
Experience building and executing email campaigns with email and direct marketing platforms (eg Ometria, Salesforce, Adobe, etc)
Experience in building automation journeys with the above platforms, reporting and optimising campaigns from findings
Well organised and great at ensuring direct (email, DM) customer communications are built and sent accurately and on time in a fast paced retail environment
Great attention to detail, and language/communications skills
In touch with the latest in marketing tech
Used to delivering under commercial pressure
Used to working at speed and a self starter who can self manage their time.

Location: Watford and Hemel Hempstead. Our Head Office is based in Watford, just 20 minutes from London Euston. From Watford Junction, we are a 15-minute walk to our Head Office.
