About Jacqui
Jacqui joined Majestic in Spring 2021 as People Director — a vital role in a business widely known for the engagement of its teams and the learning, development and progression opportunities it offers its colleagues.
Following the creation of Majestic Wine Group in May 2025, Jacqui was promoted to Group People Director, taking on similar responsibilities to protect and enhance the unique culture we have across Majestic, Enotria&Coe and Vagabond.
Jacqui brings extensive experience from across the drinks, retail and hospitality sectors into her Group role, having previously spent time at Prezzo, Hobbs, De Beers, Moet Hennesy, The Coca-Cola Company and Marks & Spencer.
Favourite drink: Pinot Noir, or a crisp Pouilly Fumé.
