materials to help our customers discover more, providing different ways for our staff

Meet our teams
Buying
Our multi-award-winning buying team is always on the hunt for fascinating products to improve our ever-increasing range.
Merchandising
This team works closely with our buyers to make sure we've got the right product at the right time. The strategy behind our sales plan.
Trade Planning
The brains behind our promotional plan. Rosé before the August bank holiday? Rioja in December? This is all down to our trade planning team.
Ecommerce
This team makes sure our website, search engine optimisation and social media channels are working at their best.
Supply Chain & Logistics
There's a lot of moving parts behind the scenes at Majestic. This team keeps them all ticking over to make sure our customers get their drinks.
Commercial
We also sell beers, wines and spirits to businesses. And our commercial team also helps them to drive more profit through their wine lists.
Customer Marketing
This team delivers the stories behind our products in the right format, with the right message and at the right time for our customers. This includes the CRM, production and subscription sub-teams.
Retail Operations
This team is those on the inside dedicated to supporting our store colleagues. This is through delivering prompt, vital messaging, solving complex customer queries and more.
Customer Contact Centre
Delivering five-star customer experience over the phone and via email, going the extra mile to ensure our customers have a seamless shopping experience.
IT
This team provides and supports all hardware and software for the entire business. This includes everything from laptops to EPOS systems.
Finance
This department keeps Majestic financially strong. Everyone who works on the team is offered the opportunity to study towards CIMA or ACCA qualifications.
Training and Development
You'll trial new systems and processes and feedback on their effectiveness. This allows the business to get a feel for how new approaches work with stores and customers.
You'll also have opportunities to access the Apprenticeship Levy for external training, certification and qualifications – furthering your progression to the next level.
