With more than 20 years in Majestic, Keith is one of our longest serving staff members - and the ideal person to oversee the day-to-day delivery of our customer experience through over 200 stores.
Keith started as a Trainee Manager in our Weybridge branch in 2002 and worked in a variety of roles before becoming Retail Director in 2021.
'There is something genuinely unique and special about Majestic,' he says. 'We have a responsibility to keep it that way - by creating a consistently great experience for all our customers and colleagues every day.'
