About you
Each year, another 150 or so like-minded individuals join our Retail Management Programme. Everyone starts as a Trainee Manager, but after around 12-18 months most are promoted to an Assistant Manager's role. By the end of their third year many are managing a store of their own. Obviously the qualities that make them successful are the same ones we'll look for in you. If you're made of the right stuff, you can expect a great deal in return in terms of training and rewards.
