Who we look for

We’re a commercial business, a wine business and a people business, and we’ll expect you to have an interest in all three. And although we don’t expect you to be a ready-made wine expert, you should:

• Have excellent people skills so you can deliver an exceptional customer experience as well as working effectively within a close-knit team.
• Have a genuine enthusiasm for learning about the product and be prepared to put in the work necessary to gain a wine qualification.
• Be flexible, so that you can take full advantage of the opportunity to progress by working in different stores.
• Have a degree or relevant qualification in any subject, or have proven relevant work experience.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months and be over twenty years of age, because from day one you could be out on the road making deliveries in our vans.

In essence, we want people who are prepared to go out of their way to deliver excellence, have the ability to inspire those around them and are ready to contribute to each and every aspect of store life.
