Working together: This means that everyone of every level is willing to pitch in. We roll up our sleeves and get the job done, whether that’s shifting stock, making deliveries or learning how to motivate a team. We all work hard and don’t expect a straightforward nine-to-five routine.

Promoting from within: Our philosophy means that all of our Store Managers started out with us as Trainee Managers, so you’ll be surrounded by people who can provide you with exactly the kind of support you need, because they’ve been through the training themselves.

Setting industry standards: Customer service is the absolute focus of our business. We pride ourselves on leading the way within our industry and making sure every Majestic customer leaves our stores satisfied. But this also means making sure our people receive the kind of training which sets us apart.
